Lesson Cancellations
Like it or not, students do cancel. But you don't have to waste the time you've set aside to teach. Music Teacher's Helper has made it so easy for you to work with cancelling students by letting them do all the work.
Your students can request a lesson cancellation by logging in and clicking the lesson they want to cancel on the calendar. They'll be able to enter in the reason they're cancelling and write about any make-up lesson details (you can even post a make-up lesson schedule). Once they submit the request, you'll get an instant email and be able to approve the cancellation and schedule a make-up lesson, if needed.
No more phone interruptions while you're teaching, or time taken up listening to long answering machine messages. And since students can cancel any time from the comfort of their own home, you'll probably be notified much further in advance.
